How The 90-Days Is Broken Down?

Foundation Phase (Weeks 1-4)

    This phase is all about highlighting strengths + weaknesses. We build on the strengths and we create a strategy to tackle weaker areas that will make a huge difference going forward. 
    You will see some great initial results in this phase and build the necessary momentum needed for weeks 5-8.

Sweet-Spot Phase (Weeks 5-8)

    This is a natural progression from the 1st 4 weeks where we now expect you to be more in tune with your body and how it responds to different stimuli.
    We are looking to strike a balance between getting amazing results + finding a well-rounded lifestyle that you can maintain long-term.

Maximise Phase (Weeks 9-12)

    This phase is all about pushing the boundaries. By the end of week 8 you will be in a great position both physically and mentally and it is a prime opportunity to push the boundaries and see what you and your body is capable of.  
    This phase wont be maintainable long-term however is vital to go through for future reference.
